Located in the London Borough of Newham, the Custom House development is a significant regeneration project delivered in partnership with Hill Partnerships. The project comprises 95 affordable homes designed to Passivhaus standards, alongside commercial space, community growing areas, communal gardens, and high-quality accessible public realm. The development is part of a wider masterplan aimed at revitalizing the Custom House area, providing sustainable and community-focused housing solutions.
