Mount Pleasant Phase 4
Located in Farringdon, London, Mount Pleasant Phase 4 is the final stage of the Postmark redevelopment, transforming the former Royal Mail sorting office into a vibrant mixed-use community. This phase delivers 184 mixed-tenure residential units across five blocks, ranging from 6 to 15 storeys, constructed over a complex basement structure due to existing postal rail tunnels. The development includes an underground car park and landscaped public realm areas. Designed to achieve a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating and Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, the project emphasizes sustainability and quality.
Excel Brickwork were responsible for the complete brickwork and blockwork packages, collaborating closely with the main contractor and other stakeholders to meet the project’s demanding specifications and timelines.
